We offer spacious guest rooms, six with ensuite showers and one with a private bathroom. Each room is designed for your convenience and relaxation, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Our 7 guest rooms, including 6 with en-suite showers and 1 with a private, dedicated bathroom, offer versatile bed configurations. Enjoy plentiful hot water in our showers thanks to our efficient pumped system. We also have private, off street parking directly in front of the house.
All rooms have hairdryers, flat screen TVs, tea and coffee making facilities. All shower rooms have shower gel, shampoo and conditioner from The Highland Soap Company. A selection of fluffy towels and crisp white bed linen is standard in all rooms. An iron and ironing board can be provided. We do not offer laundry services however, there is a launderette in the town.

Guest house – Room 1
A spacious bright room with a super king-size bed, that can be split into two singles, a seating area comprising of two armchairs, and a coffee table to enjoy a hot drink in your room whilst watching TV or relaxing with your favourite book. The guest room also provides an ensuite shower room, TV, and Wi-Fi. The window view is front-facing, looking out over the tree-lined street.
This airy guest room of 23m² is on the first floor, accessible via the main staircase.
Guest house – Room 2
A bright room with a king-size bed, dressing table, mirror, TV, and Wi-Fi. The window view is front-facing, looking out over the tree-lined street.
The bathroom is 10 steps down the hallway from the bedroom on the same floor, and dressing gowns and slippers are provided. This bathroom is yours and yours alone and is the only bathroom with a full bath and shower cubicle.
This guest room of 11m² is on the first floor, accessible via the main staircase.
Guest house – Room 3
A spacious bright room with a super king-size bed, that can be split into two singles upon request. This is a dual-aspect room, with views over the garden, into the trees, and out onto the tree-lined street. The guest room also provides an ensuite shower, TV, and Wi-Fi.

Guest house – Room 4
This double room features a king-size bed, an ensuite shower, a dressing table, a TV, and Wi-Fi. It offers a peaceful side-view of the trees outside, perfect for a relaxing stay.

Guest house – Room 6
Room 6 is on the ground floor. It has an ensuite wet room, perfect for those with limited mobility. It can be set up as a twin or a super king.
Although there is no external view as it adjoins the conservatory. It does have an external window which provides ventilation. This is a standard rather than superior room and good value for those requiring a ground floor option.
