All you need to know during your stay at Ravenscourt House
What are your bookings terms and conditions?
We do not require a deposit to secure your booking but will require your full name, address, contact information and card details.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you have to cancel your reservation with us, as long as it is not within 14 days of your stay with us then this is free of charge. If you have a last minute cancellation because of an emergency, if we can move your dates then we will, otherwise payment will be due in full. Please note that Covid is no longer a reason for a free cancellation.
PLEASE ensure you have adequate travel insurance to cover you.
Do you accept dogs?
Yes we accept dogs as we are pet friendly, however there is a small additional cost for your furry friends.
Can you accommodate babies and children?
We are an 18+ establishment and do not have the facilities or the extra space for children or babies.
Do you have parking?
We we have parking directly outside our front door, private, off road with the availability of 1 space per room.
Can I smoke or vape?
If you would like to smoke or vape we ask you to go outside and away from the front door. It is an offence to smoke indoors in a public place in the UK.
What is in my room as standard?
All rooms include the following: Quality bed linens, towels per person, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner from The Highland Soap Company, Tea and coffee-making facilities. An iron and ironing board can be provided on request.
