Cancellation – Cancellations on direct bookings are free up until 14 days before the date of your stay. Between 4 and 14 days the first night of the stay is payable and 4 days before your stay, the full amount becomes payable. If you are concerned about a possible cancellation then please make sure you have cover with travel insurance.

Cancellations on third party bookings are free up until 14 days before the date of your stay, after which the whole amount becomes payable. Please see the specific terms and conditions on each relevant booking site, such as Expedia and booking.com for full details.

A valid credit/debit card is required at the time of booking. No money will be taken from the card, the details are to confirm and hold your booking. We do not take a deposit.

Payment is made on departure. Cash and UK debit card or credit cards are accepted

Check in is from 4pm to 7pm. Please notify us in advance if you plan to arrive at a different time. If you need to arrive outide of these times, you are very welcome to use our car park and walk into the town centre, which is two minutes away and has many cafes and bars.

Check out is by 10.30am. Please ask if you need a later checkout time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How we use your data from the contact form and email links

Should you choose to contact us using a contact form on any page of our site, or an email link, the data comes straight to us as an email, it is not stored on the website. Our SMTP servers are protected by SSL so your content is encrypted before being sent across the internet. The email content is then decrypted by our local computers and devices. We only ask you for the minimum amount of personal information purely to be able to identify you when we contact you. For example we ask for your phone number and email as we may contact you via one or both of these methods. We ask for your name as you may give us a phone number that is used by more than one person.

Storage and usage of personal information

We store personal information from you that came via the contact form, telephone, third party booking sites and contact us email links.

We store your details, including full name, address and email when direct or third party bookings are made. Depending on how the booking is made these are stored securely within our third party companies’ servers and locally within our building. The third parties we work with are Freetobook.co.uk, Quickbooks.co.uk, booking.com and other affiliated organisations. Where financial details are stored by us locally they are secured within a safe and we do not store any credit card or payment details on our own server.

We never, ever sell your personal information to any third parties.
